- Ms. Pires
  
  My name is Ms. Pires and I attended Catholic school from kindergarten to 12th grade. During my elementary school years, I attended both St. John the Baptist in El Cerrito and St. David School in Richmond, and I graduated from Salesian High School. I graduated with a BA in English Education from San Francisco State University and I earned my teaching credential from Cal State Teach. I have been teaching third grade for almost a decade.
  
  I love teaching 3rd grade because my students are always excited to learn. It is so exciting to see students draw connections between what they've learned in class to their lives outside of the classroom! I can't wait for you to join our classroom!
