Educating the Whole Child & Building Strong Foundations
My name is Ms. Clary, and I am delighted to be with the staff here at St. Patrick School for another year! I am a proud graduate of Catholic elementary, high school, and grad school. I earned my California Teaching Credential at Sonoma State University and my Masters of Arts in Teacher Leadership in Social Justice at St. Mary's College of California. I have worked full time in Catholic education for over a decade, and I am excited to continue my roles as middle school Math teacher, Language Arts teacher, choir and band director, and musical director for our award-winning musical theater program. One of my favorite parts of teaching at St. Patrick School is seeing the students learn and grow over the course of the current year, as well as, over the course of several years. It is truly a joy and a blessing to be a part of this community. I can't wait to see what amazing things this year will bring!
My name is Mr. Atendido (SPS Class of '85, Salesian Class of '89). I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I also obtained my MBA with a concentration in Computer Science from Golden Gate University. I am a licensed Professional Engineer for the State of California, and I have experience in a variety of science, engineering, management, and technology topics from my 30+ years of working in industries, such as power utilities, manufacturing, controls programming, and water and wastewater utilities. Taking the motto from Cal Poly, "Learn By Doing", I use an interactive approach enabling the students to perform hands-on activities and connect real world experience to classroom lessons. My goal is to help students build life-long learner identities and grow confidence in themselves. I am extremely excited to share my professional knowledge, faith, and work experiences with the students.
