Middle School Language Arts

My name is Mr. Perez and I am elated to teach middle school this year! I am very passionate about Language Arts and am an active parishioner here st St. Patrick. I graduated from St. Patrick School in 2005 and continued my education at De La Salle High School. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science at Saint Mary's College of California, and eventually my Masters of Science in Education. During my college years, I continued to serve at Saint Patrick Parish as a catechist and young adult leader. The St. Patrick Community holds a special place in my heart. I feel that it is a place of faith, education, and service. Each school year, I strive to inspire students in those three areas. I am looking forward to seeing how each student grows academically and spiritually this year.

We cover all Common Core ELA Standards for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade over the course of three years.
